It is hard to find customer service in here. They have some staffs but they are just food and beverage runners. They are not offering water until when I asked. No customer service. Expect more than 10mins to get simple breakfast or toasts. The good thing is coffee, it tasted better than other cafe in airport.

Paul was amazing! I had scrambled eggs and toast. No greenery but then this is not a cafe! The other meal was french toast. Nothing fancy & again this used white plain bread but it was tasty. Good prices & service so absolutely no complaints

Took a long time to take our order then didn't put it through so waited 45 minutes to be told our order hadn't been put in and had to leave to get our flight. Incompotent staff.

Terrible service n food Ordered crispy chicken burger and came out charcoal. Asked if could be changed, I was given attitude from a waitress but yes got it changed. Worst coffee I have tasted in my life. Staff has no friendly manners AT ALL. While sitting their I observed that any customer came in, she yells out to them from where ever she was " just go and take a sit". How worser could a service be????? N yes the burger was tasteless with almost no mayo in it......never ever stepping in here again while travelling

Every time I fly I stop in here, and every time the customer service is absolutely shocking, and when a staff member does finally acknowledge me it is with the minimal effort required....over worked and under paid staff maybe, not sure but for 8 bucks a pot I’d love a smile.... I’m smiling, smile back! 🤷🏻♀️
