We recently visited Melbourne to watch the Australian Open Tennis 2018 and stayed with my family at the Platinum Apartments in a 3 bedroom apartment which we all loved. The team at the Platinum Apartments are very friendly and helped us with all our need's. I would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Platinum Apartment's for making our holiday so memorable.

Beautiful room with great views over the city and the river. Very modern building.

Worst service from a city apartment. No one was attending reception on arrival, confusing parking, rooms were not ready even after check in time. Our parking allocation already had a long term car in the space so had to find another park to then have a threatening note left on the car. The next day we were approached by staff as they were going to tow my car away even though we paid for parking allocation. Spent less than 24 hours there and was the worst experience. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.
