Myself and my family went to meet one of the tenants in ALT. We stayed in the loddy area while the tenant comes to the ground floor. A lady at the reception asked us to stay outside the building saying that the sound of my child is a disturbance to other visitors. I did not make any scene and immediately went out. It was a day in the winter and we had to stay at least 10-15 minutes in windy cold weather with my little one. Pathetic service and they think that little ones should always keep quiet and stay calm. Apartments were OK. Suitable for a couple to rent. For anyone with children, not recommended.

Stayed here for a week when visiting Melbourne. Fantastic views from our room. Value for money, will definitely stay there again. Close to everything we wanted to visit

Clean, tidy and convenient but seriously noisey. Thin walls and noisey residents. Unfortunate.
