Clean & Comfortable rooms, great service. Close to pubic transport and great restaurants.
Disgusting customer service. I forgot my key in my rental apartment and Mr Manoj was willing to let me be homeless for a whole night until I can get my realestate agent to talk to him to allow me in. Can they NOT have any other type of verification?? can I not show my real estate documents on phone or name the things I have in my room to verify? I haven't experienced such ruthless service anywhere else. EDIT: and they charge you $50 dollars just for his highness to go upstairs and unlock your room. Because you know, it cost him 1 minute of his precious lifetime to do this "effort". All this trouble whilst he had the key. They just don't care. Do yourself a favour and AVOID this place.
Good apartment, good location, good view, don't get a low floor on the western side, train noises and xxxx sign
Perfect location. Comfy bed. Excellent views of Brisbane. Walking distance to suncorp xxxx brewery and cbd. Great friendly staff.
The Milton Brisbane is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Australia. It's not that old, so it's still new with a very modern style, nice paintings and furnishings plus the views are great. The rooms are clean and good sized. The staff are amazing. They are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The views of the city are spectacular especially from the roof top. We have stayed here twice now and can't fault it.
