Great central location but that's where it starts and ends. Apartment extremely tired and in need of updating. Was only semi serviced for the week we were there ( bed linen not changed) and not overly clean (spider webs still on windows etc). Expensive for what you got. I recommend anyone wanting to stay in Sydney find another place to stay, this one did not impress and we certainly won't be coming back here. Desk staff helpful and pleasant although desk closed at 2pm so no one there after that if you needed help.

Couldn't be in a better spot 2 mins from darling harbour and 20 mins from circular quay. Apartment excellent had been refurbished, we had everything we needed in the apartment even wash powder. Can't understand the bad reviews we can't fault the apartments.

We are currently in the Waldorf with a roof leaking everywhere in our kitchen (yellow water). After two phone calls to reception (one on Saturday night and one on Sunday morning), manager finally arrives and says there is nothing we can do until tomorrow! I have never been treated this badly staying in any apartment ever. Not to mention the door to balcony does not lock, cigarette butt in door track, vents clogged with dust, have to push a screw in striker plate to shut bedroom door, cobwebs on balcony the list goes on. STAY AWAY.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Great location. Big balcony, we didn't mind the well worn feel until the kitchen roof which had a hole in it started leaking. Their response was for us to turn down the air conditioning or turn it off at times....not really the best answer on a very hot week. We had to ask for new towels as room not serviced. Asked for a late checkout for compensation of having a towel and empty bin collecting water from the roof. First granted an hour, however when I got hold of Kimberly the manager was granted until 3.30 because no one else had booked room. Hmmmm they couldn't put anyone else in it with a leaking roof anyway! Would definitely stay in the same location but not at this place.

Great space. Great location. Has balcony and parking. Old building but mostly functional
