Thankyou for your great service and accommodation during my stay in Sydney. I found the apartment to be exactly what I needed and clean. I have stayed in many furnished apartments before and was a bit hesitant to try again but I guess I found your apartment to be very clean throughout. I was a bit disappointed when the oven broke down but extremely impressed that it was replaced by a brand new one on the same day that I reported the problem. I do suppose that appliances do not have an expiry date and understand that this could not have been prevented. Otherwise my experience was absolutely pleasant from the very start to when I checked out. I will contact you when I plan my next trip to Sydney and again a big thank you.
