Hygiene - shocking
- Hairs all over the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, FRIDGE)
- Food residue across the entire kitchen (utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cupboards, fridge)
- TV not working (2 days to resolve)
- Advertised Foxtel service not available (over a week to resolve)
- Blinds have not been dusted in months
- Overwhelming food stench upon entry into the building, along all corridors & in the elevator
- Response time to complaints & level of resolution - POOR
Would not recommend this as an accommodation option to anybody

pleasant and satisfying experience staying at Waldorf Waitara . spacious apartment with all amenities including TV, kitchen facilities, washing machine and drier. Free parking for 2 bed room apartment, Easy accessibility to public transport and shops, not-complicated check-in and check-out. WiFi facility could be added though. Thanks Waldorf Waitara !

Quite possibly the worst serviced apartment I have stayed in. Altho unit was clean & has hot water, it was bare to the minimum with next to no in-room amenities, dodgy toilet facilities, very old & used furniture and a cranky building manager. Will definitely be avoiding this place next time I visit Sydney.

We had an OK stay at the Waldorf. It is no where near a 4 star hotel so I am not sure why google is rating it so. I have stayed in many, many 4 star hotels in Sydney and around the world. The apartment itself is fine and generally quiet and well furnished, if you consider it 2.5 or 3 stars. The AC is only in the living room, not the bedroom so hot summer nights will remain so unless you sleep in the living room. The wine glasses were dirty. There were a lot of stains in the bathroom. The blinds are terrible and it's difficult to close them. Not the customer service I would expect from any serviced apartment.
