Hopeless! Didn't bother letting me know that i had finished my contract & still charged me. Read other 1 star comment so thought i might give them a call to check & sure enough my contract was finished. They told me i had to stop payments on my own. Then when i called Thorn about refund was told id get a call back with in 4 wroking days. Radio rentals need to send reminder letters out to customers!
Only reason one star is because i cant give none if u are thinking of going to sing up with radio rentals think again i just had a contract with them and they have taken a whole year of extra money from me because they so called sent me letters to say i finish but amazing i never got one and then say it your responsibility as the customer to know not there's so think twice before you go throu them seriously very bad customers servies
