Rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Clean and bright. Wasn't impressed with the restaurant.
Rude staff. No empathy at all. No guidelines or maps provided while checking in. No night manager available after 10:30 whom we can speak to. Rooms were average, couches were stained. Zero customer service. Pool was good tough.
Spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, washing machine, decent size fridge. All good condition except torn leather couches (uncomfortable too). Long walk to room from elevator. Have to get out of car to tap to enter carpark!
Had a nice stay at Metro Advance Apartments. Convenient city location and rooms were clean and well presented. The staff at reception were very friendly and they were happy to relocate me after the first night as there was some construction noise outside one side of the hotel at the time. Would definitely stay again.
Was able to cook my own breaky in kitchen a home away from home freidly staff and affordable!
