Stayed here twice and it was twice as nice

Spacious room. Jo, the caretaker, is very obliging and nice! I would have given a 5 star if there was a table.

We travelled from Canberra to attend a family wedding. The location is excellent close to all amenities, except it was difficult to sleep at night due to the traffic. The rooms were average, could do with a makeover and maintenance and need to cater more for the elderly with a lift perhaps. The rooms were clean, except one of rooms had a strong smell of curry, which I feel should have been aired out before someone got to stay in it. There were four families staying at this location.

very overpriced for the confort offered, very small parking... i risked to ruin my car to park, microwave was completely broken, no soap for washing machine and to dish the plate, kitchen conpletely empty, no olive oil, no salt, no sugar no paper...they are quite clean and close to the bus stop. You can reqch the downtown in 30/40 minutes

Very dissapointed, was expecting on arrival to have a clean room with a couch to sit on to watch tv and eat on. As what i booked! No where to sit and eat as the stolls are broken and the tv is on the kitchen bench. Sheets and quilt were dirty with stains. Rooms smelt like mould and the hallway where the stairs were had a awful smell. Carpet in the hallway and in the room have stains on them. Mould on the bathroom floor. Washing machine didn't work very well with no washing detergent. Not many utensils to use. One tiny thing of milk to use for 6 days. No salt, pepper and anything like that. Aircondition would cut out and stop working. No plastic dishes to use in the microwave. Parking was terrible, so hard to get in and squishy. Not even enough carparks for people. Best in best dress basically. Very noisy place! Staff didn't seem to care that there was mould and a smelly smell in the room or having dirty sheets. Place needs abit of a paint and windscreens replaced. As you get eaten alive my mozzies because windscreens have holes in them. Over all was very disapointed in the place and service. Would never come back or recommend to anyone.
