Rooms are really good, service is friendly and helpful. We have stayed here twice now and will definitely stay here again for any future visits to Brisbane

The house keeper should be fired. We did not hang the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on our door but they yet have the guts to say they did come by our room. At the of the the day...our room was not cleaned. Lastly, we requested for two beds during our stay but we got one need which was fine and one which was U SHAPED. Maybe the HOTEL management should improve on the house keeping quality and buy more beds to improve the comfort of hotel guests. Very sad. Everything else was fine but very poor experience for me.

Great location! Rooms are modern, clean and quite spacious. Very well priced and the cafe downstairs does a good breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, rooms so fresh and clean, daily housekeeping, premises all round were immaculate. All the staff were amazing! If staying in Brisbane ideal place to chill and enjoy local ambience. We loved it! ps coffee down stairs in Jak & Hille delicious.

Unfortunately I left some expensive designer clothes behind after check out. They would have been clearly visible to the cleaners but they claim nothing was left behind. Obvious theft.
