Very unhappy with the initial design. When I approached the designer on the day they installed the staging furniture her response was basically "I'm the designer." We had to get additional pieces in and move other pieces around to make some sort of cohesive design. Stains on most of the lounges. I got the impression that they didn't have enough furniture to complete our design so they just threw what was left in the warehouse together and called it good design. Also had picture hangers nailed in to the walls (some of them feature walls so they couldn't be patched and repainted when they were removed. Commander hooks surely would have been a better idea. I also had a very large gash taken out of my hardwood floor at some stage during the removal or bringing in of furniture.

The staff are pleasant but incompetent. Six months ago we organised for a relocation pack plus extras. Unfortunately not every item could intially be supplied and follow up by Pabs was non existent. My many emails were ignored. Phone calls not returned. We were waiting on an outdoor umbrella to protect outdoor dining from the sun, that wasn’t delivered until Autumn, and only after I chased them up on it. I’m still waiting on a rug, which we really need now the weather has turned chilly. Again, too many phone calls have taken place and still no rug. The furniture range is not bad but if I had to do this again I would definitely go else where.
