1 star because you cant give 0. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Ordered a Samsung s7 on the 10/5/18. First $68 payment as taken on the 15th, I received a sms saying my phone will be sent on the 17th. Friday 18th we are told phone has been express posted and tracking number will be sms. Call back monday 21st for tracking number to be told phone will be sent Tuesday 22nd and tracking number given via sms. Called Friday 25th assured phone was being sent today and tracking number will be sent. No contact to us by make it mine over this period. Tuesday 29th 2nd $68 payment taken. Called back Wednesday 30th to be told it's been sent but they have no tracking number. Today the 31st. We call once again. Can't be told where phone is. If it's even been sent. On hold with no answers for ages. Talked around in circles. We just want a refund and to get a phone elsewhere at this stage. incredibly unprofessional service. Only told we could cancel because I asked if it had been sent and there was no tracking could I then have a resolution number from Aus post as it was clear they were trying to blame them. Apparently I will be refunded in 3-4 business days. Funny it takes so long to refund but not take payments. Who knows if this will actually happen Have had previous good experiences but this company has gone downhill. No contact from them at all. We have to chase then but they continue to take money. We will be taking this further.
