Vibe of the store was really bleak and not at all welcoming. The staff are not pleasant, do not offer to assist you when looking at products, and tried to rush us into a booking process before we'd even decided on a product. The workers here were quite difficult about discussing the payment terms, and wouldn't be upfront about any of the contract terms (i.e. cancellation costs, charges for late payments), and were really vague about the entire thing. Purely based on this experience, I have a large distaste for Radio Rentals.

i was in radio rentals yesterday to get a phone, normally the ladies in there are lovely, but yesterday we were served by a man we never seen in there before (assuming hes new) and he was quiet rude. We asked if they had the iphone 6 in and he rudely said not unless we want to wait 4 months, he spoke to us as if we dont have jobs and have no money. my mum and i both have jobs, i just dont make that much because im 16.

Lack of communication, staff are unpleasant and rude. I was in the process of renting a laptop from radio rentals, the whole requirements were absolutely ridiculous. I was told 3 references, which i gave then it was 6 and being mucked me around continuously, would leave update calls days on end and then it would be something new or again i would have to provide to then one of my references, who was shocked by how personal some of the questions were being asked by one of your team members not impressed and completely unprofessional. You are better off saving your money and buying products out right then dealing with these clowns. such rubbish 0/0

Went there on behalf of my very sick mother about her payments there. We generally wanted to see if she owed anymore money to help her out and they wouldn't do anything for us, even with my mother's signature. The lady at the front desk was so bloody rude and unprofessional. Money hungry business anyway and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Pay back 80% of what the item is actually worth ....
