The best way to aquire a credit rating
rude rude rude staff, especially one particular lady, very unhelpful, took them 3 months to repair our excercise machine, made us do all the phoning to the company, did not halt payments while machine was broken and unusable, cannot wait for contract to finish, if you are late by even one day (which sometimes is inevitable when paying via bpay) then hound and hound you! just a warning to those who pay via bpay!

Absolutely disgusting service as well as not loyal to their customers at all.
I'm not unhappy with the product or arrangement of my things. I just wish the person I just spoke to on the phone wasn't so rude like wow.
