Really cool little shop to stumble upon after a nice coffee out with friends, staff were helpful and also offer interior decorating services! Great shop to pic up a last minute gift as well and soo much beautifully styled interiors to browse

I have gone into this shop quite few times over the last two years, I have never received a good morning/afternoon/hello from the staff, so a "can I help you" I would drop dead with shock. Its interesting as a local I promote the area to visitors and this shop might have a nice range but seriously lacking in any form of customer service. I actually bought something last time and the two female staff continued their private conversation while processing the sale, NOT EVEN A SMILE. Poor form indeed, I have given them my last dollar, poor poor poor customer service.

My wife and I were in Bliss recently. We are local and have shopped there previously. We knew exactly what we wanted and the approximate cost of the items. We entered the store at 4.50 pm thinking that it closed at 5.00 pm which was more than enough time to buy what we went there for. Instead of being greeted with “how can I help you?”, we were met with “I’m closing shortly”. Any other time we would have walked out but my wife wanted a particular door mat that she hadn’t seen anywhere else. She bought the mat for $30 and we left at 4.55 pm. The doors were closed immediately behind us. Perhaps my thought that they were open to 5 was incorrect! (A later check of their website indicates that they are open to 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday). The other two items we will purchase at a similar shop in Mooloolaba where the service is always very very friendly. That shop will get the $100 more that would have been spent in Bliss if not for the disgraceful attitude of the shop assistant at the time. You blew it Bliss, we won’t be back. You obviously don’t need customer support to keep you going.
