First time visit this week after always using Bensons previously... What a different , positive experience all round. Great friendly and professional staff . Will insist my GP send me back there for all future scans etc. Would give 10 stars if that were possible...Thank you Fowler Simmons.
Disappointed, was told the out of pocket expenses but not told the MRI was not licensed for medicare. I am out of pocket more than expected (~$150). No being able to claim on Medicare should have been explained when quoting the out of pocket expenses as I hit the medicare safety net and was entitled to a larger rebate from medicare. Facilities good, staff professional.
Reception Staff are friendly and professional. Clean and well presented. It is wheelchair friendly: toilets, service rooms, waiting area and lift. Side entrance via lift is easy and clearly displayed. Plenty of room for a full 360 degree turn.
Great staff, super efficient. Fab facilities. For people with walking aids or wheelchairs there is a lift @ street level to the right hand side of building (facing front on)
If I could give 6 stars, I would. The ultrasound was done by someone who was extremely competent. When I was finished, Dr. Simmons came in and had a look and told me the results. It was a referral, so I wasn't even expecting to see a doctor - just get an ultrasound and have the results sent to my podiatrist. Both Dr. Simmons and the Radiographer were extremely engaging and made the whole experience both professional and personal. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.
