I purchased a item on 18th January and told it would be delivered on 23rd January. I had my tracking number but couldn't track my purchase. Here it is 2/2/18 and I still haven't got my delivery because of labelling issues at Blue Star and now I have to wait to 5/2/18 for them to tell me when I am going to receive my delivery. I am also told I will have to help the driver to bring it my parcel because it is to heavy for him to carry, What a joke of a company. Shame on you.
A lot of the negative reviews and clearly people trying to cut down the competition. I have used BlueStar for many years. Always professional and reliable. Keep in mind things are never perfect in logistics so problems do occur. It is how issues are managed that is most important. Highly recommended!!
I was phoned on Wednesday and told delivery would take place Thursday. I rung Thursday afternoon and was informed it was with the driver and delivery would occur. I think I waited until around 8pm before I gave up. Rung today Friday and again I was told delivery would occur before 5:30pm it’s now 6:15 and a no show. There goes the work party organised for the weekend because this company failed to deliver the goods required. I did not use them, the company I bought the items through did, atrocious service with zero feedback as to where my item is.
I received a phone call yesterday to advise that my item was ready to be delivered (after being in transit for 13 days). I arranged to have a family member who lives close by to take the day off work, and their phone number was left with instructions to call an hour before hand so they could be there to recieve the item. There was absolutely no contact made, and I have come home from work to find the item left leaning against the garage door. Forget even trying to make any contact with them if you have an enquiry- I've called 3 times in the past two weeks to get an ETA on delivery so that I could make arrangements to be home. No one answers. No one calls you back. DO NOT USE BLUESTAR LOGISTICS. 👎🏼👎🏼
Awful customer service. Not helpful at all. Does not care about working with the customer to help out on a smooth delivery.
