Unfortunately 1 is the lowest rating so cannot go below that. Worst customer service experience you can ever have. They delivered an old showroom stock without proper base for the couch and spring not working. Afyer repeated call gave false promise if delivering it with a new one in 2 months time then said goods din't arrive or given to another customer. Never buy it from furniture galore even it is cheaper by any chance you will end up behind them for a long while.

Purchased a "brandnew" dining table with 6 chairs that were visibly damaged in 8 areas!!! Damaged wood covered up with wood putty. Just appalling!!! Corner of table was split with poorly joint wood. The guy at the store said he'll arrange for returns pickup on Monday from my house. Today is Monday, apparently no arrangement had been made. Lazy fella. If U see Furniture Galore... Don't enter. Just thank the Lord there is IKEA!!!

I bought bedroom set and paid the full amount. I received bed and tallboy but not bed side table. While inquiring they said got delayed in shipment. Its been nearly six months since i place order and still waiting. A worst place to buy furniture. I wish i could give them negative star.

Walked past the store with my kid and heard the manager of the store blatantly swearing and abusing a customer telling him to “f**k off out of his store” it was horrible to watch. I should report him to head office

Extremely disappointing and would strongly advise to any customer to shop elsewhere. They lied to me about the dining table I ordered not being available and it was is the store the whole time (I waited 3 months). The table was then delivered without any knowledge or support to build it. Absolutely shocking service the whole time.
