Could not fault the service we had from this store and in particular Rose who was so helpful and understanding. Our new apartment got delayed and there was no issue in the store holding it. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and Rose is an excellent sales consultant. We will be back.

Although I am happy with the chairs and table we ordered I cannot believe the level of incompetence from the delivery side of things. The store uses another company to deliver the furniture - what was evident was poor communication between the parties involved. Massive delays getting our furniture at significant cost compared to other stores. Note delivery doesn't include taking the rubbish either. Very unhappy with overall experience

The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing in this organisation. I ordered a dining table & 10 chairs, but only 6 came. I could see how someone thought the ten was a six; the one and zero were written very close to each. You’d think such a simple error could be easily fixed! No, the store manager had to apparently take all the details of my order to a managers meeting, then submit everything to head office... no phone calls from the Maroochydore store to update me; I had to call on two different days to finally get an answer as to what was happening. After being told by the manager that it was sorted and I would receive a text confirming delivery of the 4 chairs, and that the text would indicate I owed money for the chairs and the delivery, but he said to ignore that, because it’s just an automated thing. Delivery day finally a week and a half later, and the delivery guys are expecting me to pay the “outstanding balance & delivery fee”... no, sorry, that’s not correct. So they have to call store manager and their warehouse, who of course have 2 different answers... they delivered the chairs and left finally... and as someone else wrote in their review, now we are left with heaps of boxes that Nick Scali refuse to take away, after having spent nearly $4000 in their store. Customer service is severely lacking.

We were happy with the delivery of our dining chairs. Even though drivers were 2 hrs late they rang and apologized. They were two polite guys in a newer modern truck (not like some) and even removed and took away the wrappings. Happy with the outcome.

This 1 star is for the lady who tried to help me on the phone. Paid in full for a dining table 3 wks ago. Was to be transported to me in Bundaberg. The sales person who I believed should be sacked, did not bother to contact the delivery people to have it delivered to me. I sent a kind email last night trying to find out when the delivery was due and was told it was not booked to be delivered at all. This is after I had had all the discussion for transport etc with 'Chris'. They only deliver once a month so I have to wait another month. What a shame. People irresponsible like this person Chris, should really not be allowed to work. I wanted this dining table when my family was coming over Easter for a week and now I wont have one. Although I have paid $ 2000 in full.
