Knife sharpening? No thanks. This was a never before sharpened swiss army knife. Now it is even duller than before and look on the photos how scraped it is. When the guy handed it to me and I tried it, i didn't believe it. They didn't charge me though.
Those Guys should probably stick to shoes and keys.

I’ve had plenty of work done at this particular mister minit ( dog tags, keys, presents with engraving) and without a doubt always very happy with their work. My most recent dealing I had a new employee , who’s name I didn’t catch, but when I dropped of things for engraving he waited patiently while I double checked all the names. When I picked them up, he was so polite and friendly I wanted to buy something else !

These blokes charged me $60 to re glue the soles on a nice pair of Italian leather shoes for a wedding I was MC for. It was all "yeah mate, no worries, they will come up great.." They fell apart on the evening 3 nights later with the sole and heel completely comming away from the shoe, seriously bad workmanship at this place.

All I wanted was to get my car keys rubber pad replaced. They said they would have to replace the whole cover and cut a new key for that. It turned out the new case buttons didn't work, the new key didn't turn and the old one wouldn't work anymore either. Customer service was horrible and staff really rude when I asked them to fix their own mess.
