Recently booked 2 dives through Whitsundays dive centre; it transpires that they are merely a booking agent for Cruise Whitsundays, and I spent the day on a ferry with 250 tourists; mostly there for snorkelling. As an experienced diver (30+ dives), the area Cruise Whitsundays take you to is decidedly underwhelming, fortunately not bleached coral, but nothing special in any sense unless this is your first time diving (discover dive) which is clearly their target market. Had I know this was what I was signing up for I would not have made the booking. On the upside, the Cruise Whitsundays staff were very friendly and helpful.
Just loved the professionalism of this company
