Well what a terrible experience we had with Sam (Huseyin) Elustu, The arrogance of this man is breathtaking. It is people such as Sam Elustu that brings the Real Estate Industry into disrepute. We found him to be possessed of characteristics like misogyny and profligacy two characteristics that are unwelcome in today's ethical business environment. The agency Taylor Nicholas we feel is of high standing and good repute and our comments regarding Sam Elustu should not reflect on the agency.Unfortunately sometimes a fox is able to enter the hen house.

Very knowledgeable and helpful

I would recommend Taylor Nicholas as my preferred choice of real estate company to engage with. Taylor Nicholas were able to make the process of selling our commercial property simple and they were spot-on with their estimates and knowledge of sales figures. We have also been a tenant of theirs at a commercial property we rented in the Bella Vista area. They were attentive and we enjoyed the experience of dealing with them in this capacity also. When we next need a real estate agent to engage with, I will definitely go back to this company, in particular, Alex Hezari who is a well connected professional with a solid and honest approach.

I would like to thank Alex and the team for their efforts in securing the sale on my property at 29-31 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista. Alex always kept us informed and up to date on the progress of the sale and was able to sell the property quickly for a price that was above satisfactory. Thank you for all your assistance you and your team have done for us during the time you had our property on the market. We really appreciate all your hard work. I have been very pleased with your professionalism, attitude, and exceptional service.
