The racecourse beautiful. The lost trades fair very good but all the stalls are packed in to close together. Need to spread it out more so people can have a good look and ask questions
I was there for the lost trades festival. Along with 18000 prepaid tickets and who know how many walk-ins for the he two days. I good place for the fair thought the loos could have been better maintained.
Great historic town and lots on for the Saturday of the annual the Lost Trades Fair. I went to the farmer's market and other markets / events were on as well. Great cafes and friendly locals. Check out the hand-made garden tools shop on Piper St.
Nice little country racecourse with mature English trees. Horses would be up close and personal. Lost Trades Fair big, but losing its way. Needs better organisation and interpretative material. If it gets more popular, will not be much fun for short people.
Gorgeous huge shade trees. Plenty of parking. Great venue for fair.
