Hi guys, As a Victim, I want to remind yous NOT to hire this agency. This is a UNRELIABLE agency. I'd like to share my experiences with this agency. This is an old Vietnamese man who runs an agency alone. He was superficially affable, but he was a sly man. I used to hire this small agent, they managed my property for two years. I am busy with my work, so I entrust my house to that agency. I didn't expect him to trick me from the beginning! On first month I received rent on time, then from second month on he delayed half month longer until after one year, he delayed another half month, So it cause the Whole month missing and Less paid me one month's rent. It's hard to detect without careful checking. After I found out, he did not answer my phone, only tex me with Useless information, and adopted an unsolved attitude. In that last two years, he also made a lot an excuse that Repair the house to REDUCE my rent. For example Pet control for possum, Pet control for rats, Plumber materials, electrical work etc. Under helpless, I had complained to VCAT and was waiting for the hearing. I sincerely suggest that you should seek professional, National chain, large-scale, when choosing real estate agent. Because it more reliable and safer and Avoid unnecessary trouble.
