Terrible response time, admin staff are unfriendly on calls
best real estate agent ever!
Terrible experience dont wast your time
After reading Lynda's review below (and seeing that she has reviewed other companies with nothing but complaints and negativity) - I am happy to review that Barry Marshall is professional, efficient and I have never had any issues with the agency. I think Ms Cornale below may need to check herself before she wrecks herself as her kind of reviews can be unlawful and damaging, even borderline defamatory. Barry Marshall and his staff know their stuff and I have full trust in their service and expertise.
If zero were an option I'd choose that - rental management has been an absolute joke - I have had to follow up every request at least once and even if something is done there is no communication to acknowledge it has been done. Bill payments were paid late and I had to check every monthly statement to ensure the right amounts were actually paid and on one occasion one bill was even paid twice. It would have been easier and more efficient to manage my own property. I notice that the review before mine said "don't waste your time" yet gave a high star rating (my guess by accident) which definitely impacts this average and unfortunately gives this agency far more credit than it deserves.
