I would like to draw your attention to the outstanding service provided by Ray White Winnie Wang. This is our first time to lease out our property and she leased our property in Box Hill North in one week time. She is responsible ,polite and hard working. We would have no hestitation in recommending her to anyone who consider to renting their home in the areas. Thanks again Winnie and we wish you all the very best for the future. Best Regards, Hong

it is very bad experience for property manager kate vanderkolk. raywhite manage my property for 4 years, they earn good money in the past 4 years. but it is very hard to contact her after tenant move out and several problems can not be solved. i would not recommend anyone to use raywhite doncaste east.

I would of chosen no stars if I could!! Dealing with Ray White Doncaster, especially George Theoharakos, the service has been terrible. I will be honest, the issues I'm having have only been since my tenant decided to move on, but RW were looking after my investment property for 3 years and I'm now thankful I've left. Firstly, the 'condition report' that was offered to the tenant moving in was wrong (a completely different house) and they never asked the tenant for a signed copy after 2 years. Secondly, not in any of the inspections made in the 2 years by Christie Joannides (Property Manager) did she refer back to the original CR to do a comparison, which then would of indicated the CR was incorrect. Once Christie was notified of the incorrect CR she mentioned she would check my file and email the correct one. It was later identified the newly emailed CR was the same as the original incorrect CR, ridiculous!! Why wouldn't you check before you email. Thirdly, it took over one week for George to return a phone call/email who then mentioned he would get back to me the following day and I'm still waiting 4 weeks later for an explanation to this mess. I have called twice and left messages to which I am being ignored....just rude!! Once again, I am thankful RW no longer look after my property!! ________________________________________________________________________ Just when I thought it couldn't get worse.......... So "apparently" it took 4 weeks to find the CR. I was then be asked if I still want it as George didn't think it was a "PRIOITY" to email it to me anymore, rather than just emailing it to me. Now after 1 week of having possession of the correct CR and 2 phone calls I'm still waiting to receive it.....just ridiculous!!! ________________________________________________________________________ For the record RWM Management, the only times I was ever contacted was when I made both reviews and only then!! The last time I spoke to George was when I called HIM to ask for the CR that I was supposed to have one week earlier. You should probably ask yourselves and your staff why it got to this point.

I have been with Ray White since September last year and it has been such a smooth and enjoyable experience! I have met and dealt with George, Diona and Saverio, who have all been exceptional at what they do. Their professionalism and friendliness is very appreciated and their service and dedication to their work stands out. Saverio Di Paolo is my direct contact and oversees my property. His communication is thorough and prompt. When and if I have any queries, Saverio never hesitates to be of great assistance. He is professional, hard working, genuine and is a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you Saverio - My property is in good hands!

Nima has been a pleasure to work with. He is responsive and reliable. When he say he will get back to you by Friday 5pm, he will get back to you by Friday 5pm and that is very rare as most agents nowadays don't get back to you at all. He is a legend.
