Always loved the Cranker. I never feel Judged. Great service. Variety of entertainment. Relaxed. Iconic pub. As an artist, I feel most at ease there and sometimes I gots no cash and want to be there and ask for ice water...staff are ALWAYS so sweet they even add a slice of somethin somethin so my plain life isn't even more of a disappointment with being handed plain water. My very favourite Adelaide pub.
One of the few 'real' pubs left in the city. Great local beers on tap, friendly staff and excellent live music each night.
Fantastic pool tables, reasonably priced beer, but the toilets are worse than the public ones in the parklands
Fantastic little pub with a great atmosphere. The food was great and the service was excellent. Definitely be back again.
A great place to listen to music and enjoy great beers and spirits you wouldn't normally find at your standard pub. If you're the kind of person that judges a place from the outside, I suggest that you put that aside and wander on in and enjoy the Cranker and all it has to offer
