Absolute joke of an agency. The most unprofessional, manipulative real estate company I’ve ever dealt with. We had issues with our downstairs bathroom for over a year and not once had the issue properly resolved, instead of getting a handy man, the owner visited multiple times to “fix” the issue but evidently had no idea what he was doing. The real estate agent we had to deal with was rude, condescending and highly unprofessional. Took every opportunity she could to take advantage of us as renters. Nearing the end of our lease we were issued with a breach notice for the stuff we were storing in our garage that had been there the entire two years we lived in the house, interestingly, and not coincidentally, I’m sure, only became a problem after we started having complaints about the state of the house. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. The whole experience has been ridiculous.
