They charge additional (and illegal???) fees totaling full two months' rental income in the first year. And when questioned, have the unmitigated gall to claim that it is standard industry practice!!!!! (The standard industry practice is to take a maximum of one week's rental income in the first week!) They ought to be tried for malpractice. And should be avoided at all costs.
