Husrstville branch has one the rudest reception person. The blonde staff at the counter is so arrogant and abrupt. Just enquiring claim details for my mother. The staff without hearing what I wanted to ask just jumps into conclusion. She thinks she knows everything but you don’t have to treat people so rude. What is customer service? If you don’t like your job then go home otherwise Medicare please retrain your staff.
Worse customer service from a lady K. Rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to to this office.
Worst service, very rude people here, don't understand why they should get paid for being rude to people who need help.
Absolutely rude !!! Worst experience in my life on a public office !!!! How these people can work in public offices ? UMBELIVABLE.
