Travelled all the way to here to hand in my MacBook for a AR coating repair only to have them call me 2 hrs later saying they’ve called Apple and Apple won’t send them stock till 1 month later. What gets me is that I’ve emailed them about 1 week prior to coming over asking them if they have the means to do this repair and they’ve said yes do come in. Now they call back saying I gotta wait till Feb 18th. You should’ve checked your stock availability and informed your customer prior to confirming that yes you can do the repair before making them travel all the way down there. Now I gotta go back to pick it up and I’ll take it to the Apple store myself. Thanks a lot.

What a joke. Told repairs on my phone would take 2 weeks, but 3+ weeks later after getting a message to say that my phone has been delivered go to pick it up from the store front where I left it, only to find that without contacting me they had arranged for it to be delivered to my home address during the middle of a working day. Now Toll wont deliver it to me at my work address until next week. A 2 week job effectively taking almost 4 weeks.

Had an issue with my MacBook and sent it in for repairs. Received it within the 4-5 working days time frame with repair costs covered by warranty.

Ashwani was very eager to resolve my problem. Very helpful, polite and professional.

Brought my MacBook Pro in for general repairs at JBHIFI cable towers and they sent it to Q care to get it gone. I'd waited 3 weeks for a repair and found that my MacBook was damaged at the bottom (large dents and chips around the side), almost as if it was dropped on its side repeatedly. I do not condone this sort of behaviour and I strongly recommend that no one accepts their device to be repaired here!
