Firstly the employee turned up 25minutes after the shop was suppose to open, fixed my phone fast enough yet the glass broke less then 6 days later, I went back and they refused to repair it said I had to pay the full amount again. They obviously use the cheapest materials to replace your phone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Unfriendly staff. I didn't feel comfortable at all. I won't go back anymore.

It was good customer service
Campsie store: Went in looking for a GLASS screen protector for my iPad Pro and was told they didn't have any. Then a guy comes from the back claiming he has one reassuring me that it was glass, puts it on and charges me $30 for it. I went home and the screen starts to peel off from the corners and I realised that it was PLASTIC not glass! Got my money back. Will not go back. Dodgy and dishonest business. Scam artists. Work benches are not clean or tidy and may leave your devices (especially new devices) with scratches.
