Quality experience, very friendly staff, good variety of food available, although no hot food besides Popcorn. Only major downside is that you cannot order tickets online outside of events nor can you select your seat when buying your ticket.

Cmax Devonport is a small cinema that shows almost all major movies for a few weeks after release. It has food to buy at the counter and a few arcade games across from that. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there is a small lift to take people in a wheelchair and people who find it difficult to walk up and down stairs to the top floor. The cinema screens are medium sized for a cinema and the chairs are kept clean. Overall a good place to relax and watch a movie on a big screen.
Ben Kramer
Screen (in cinema 1) has quite a few marks and damage. Tuesdays are cheap, but also seem to come with a staff member condescendingly instructing you on how to sit and throw away your rubbish.
Karl Borth
Very warm feeling & seating is comfy & even has a lift 4 wheelchairs.

Very disappointing. Walked in to use the arcade games but one machine that needs $5 to work just ate my money. When asking the girls at the counter about it they replied with "they're not our machines" basically pointing out that it's not their problem. I then asked if I could have the $5 back and they just looked at me and asked for my name and number because they can't do anything. Seriously, it might not be their machines but they are on the property so therefore it's their responsibility. What should of happened was the $5 be given back and they collect the $5 from the people who own the machines. Not asking for my name and number to come down when they have it. Ridiculous.
