Would give 0 stars if i could, the place is understaffed, have to wait ages to get served, half the machines are out of order and the machines that are working are faulty, not registering scores, not giving the correct amount of tickets, and when the machine counts your tickets they rip you off of more tickets, absolute fraud of a place one machine where you spin a wheel landed on 1000 tickets paid out 3 called the attendant over and she says no its not on 1000 when it clearly was even everyone else around said it was, absolute RIPOFF would not reccomend it to anyone (picture attached of the 1000 ticket fraud)
Alot of machines were out of order

Loads of fun, but faulty machines left right and center, staff got annoyed at how many times people were coming up to them saying machines were not givng tickets, or ate they're coins, claw machine prizes must be filled with lead or something, the claw on all 3 machines does not have the strength to lift the prize, either that or the claws dont even go down low enough to even touch the prizes, basket ball machines missing balls, very devistating to have to pay $2 to get 1 basket ball, then waiting 15-20 secs for the ball to return after throwing it, many balls ontop of the machines however. Out of stock of so many ticket claim prizes, having to throw platics balls at 150km/h just for the screen to register the ball hit, either machines not giving correct amount of tickets or the ticket counters they use are faulty, as our ticket rewards calculated up were higher then our end received tickets. Was hoping there was another game arcade close to this area, but sadly the next closest is melbourne. Very much a shame, but i suppose thats how they get away with it, is being the only one in the area, but all in all, machines need to be fixed and maintained to a standard, or even just a working standard for that matter, after all this, i can see why they did not allow us to film on the property, they dont want people seeing how sad the place is. Such a disappointment.

Poor service. Waited 20 min for service due to only one staff member on counter, another two were out back. The male came to counter and served a male before my children then left. Maddaline reissued my child's ticket total and then proceeded to serve others even though my kids were ready to pick their prizes. My child asked for another party this year and I declined as the same thing happens at parties
