Good cinema, not huge but clean and in good condition. We were in cinema 4 which has an unusual layout, as it's long and narrow with a quarter of the seats missing to make room for the stairs. However this didn't detract from the viewing experience for me

Tiny screen.. Seats could recline and be more comfortable.. I left very soon after credits began to roll. I'm used to Melbourne deluxe cinemas.. There weren't many people there.. Need more comfort for sore back. Won't hurry back..

Friendly staff who're always genuine and happy to help. Quick yet effective service with good seating in theatre. Sizable lobby so very rarely crowded. All around great service.

Have been to this cinema many times before and never had any issues until now, hence the 3 star rating. Despite this, my friends and I had a very negative experience here which I feel compelled to share. We arrived at a reasonable time for the evening showing of Deadpool 2, and after lining up asked for four tickets + food and drinks, being told that we could have “4 seats together in Row C”. Two of us wanted to split the payment of the “BFF Combo” while paying for a ticket each, which we were told was not a problem. After we took our orders, the attendant checking tickets told us we only had three tickets, as two of us had paid for half a ticket each, and on top of this we were sold tickets 10 rows apart! After being directed to the back of the line and now running late for the movie, we politely explained the situation and were treated in a way more befitting to shoplifters rather than customers running late for a film because of an employee’s mistake. I would go so far as to say it was the worst customer service I have ever received, as we were treated like liars and condescendingly told by the manager that “you’re not getting four seats together”, despite what we were initially told, with no apology either. Shocking service, I’ll wait for the DVD release in future.

How does this compare to your average movie theatre? I don't know, I haven't been to many. What I can say is that is has movies for you can watch. Can be very busy and we have had problems with the online booking but it was sorted out very easily and without fuss. Also it is an initial D arcade game so that's cool
