Love this cinema. You can actually afford to take the whole family to a movie and buy something from the candy bar. The owner and staff are lovely and they show a great range of mainstream films as well as art house and special events.
This theatre has changed little from when I was a kid. Of course, it has to compete with the modern theatres churning out whatever tripe is served up by the entertainment distribution machine. It's refreshing to see this little independent theatre has stayed true to its mission of bringing indie movies and films a little left of centre. It has a following amongst more discerning flim goers who care more about what's on the screen than in the sback bar.
Stairs to climb but what a cosy, renovated old world charm cinema. The very first cinema in Warrawong opened, date unknown to me. It's always been here 😊😊😊
It's a pity some of the bigger theatre company's could not take a bit of an example from the Gala, excellent customer service, clean and tidy and a great experience 4.5
This cinema is the best. Great movies, great staff, you can always get a ticket and the food and drinks are priced right. NO lines, NO rip offs Support them.
