First time ever in my life didn’t get my stuffs on a scheduled delivery date. Received no phone about the no show. I patiently waited past the delivery slot to call ikea to find out what happened and they had someone from XPO to schedule me a new delivery date. Don’t believe any words from them because I still didn’t get my order on the new delivery date and still no phone and whatsoever. So, I was charged for $610 and never got anything and no one ever bother to notify me of any changes or cancellation. In the end, I went back to ikea and requested to cancel the shipment as I think it is more reliable to just rent a truck from Home Depot and pick it up myself. Terrible!

Can't believe Samsung had appointed them for my delivery and installation. Very rude and unprofessional delivery staff. Before that they rescheduled my delivery for a month giving me reasons like plumber isn't available or deliveries are overbooked and worst part is they never inform you that they aren't coming for delivery, you have to call them to ask as to why they didn't show up and customer service line sucks with long wait time and unhelpful reps. Very bad experience.

They never showed up. For a delivery slot between 11am - 3pm. And never bothered to call or communicate. I called and they said 1 more hr. Never showed. Called again. 1 more hour. No show again! Meanwhile I'm out a days pay, and have to reschedule with IKEA for a days later delivery! Not helpful. Terrible service.
