I have read through some of the reviews on here, and was surprised to learn that others had different experiences from us. Obviously issues will arise, no place is perfect, but none of the issues we experienced hindered our OVERALL experience living here at Westwind Farms. This was our first apartment, and it couldn't have gone better. Spacious living areas, convenient parking lots, being right by the Greenway, all of this was perfect for our needs. There is a great pool and gym, and some beautiful neighborhoods to walk around on a nice day. We never felt unsafe at all, and had minimal issues with other residents. When writing a review, I advise others to not use small experiences with a faulty drying machine or dishwasher to ruin your overall experience or picture of the place. A roof over your head, a safe place to live, and plenty of shops and food nearby to explore, as well as a pretty competitive price compared to other apartments in the area. We enjoyed our two years here, and I highly recommend.

I've only been here for a short time, but I really like it. Hickory Hill Square—the community's main roadway—is tree-lined and very inviting. You feel like you are coming home. I LOVE the colorful buildings and the modest, but classy architecture. It's homely in a good way. It doesn't feel like some developer threw up an out-of-place looking apartment building in the middle of nowhere. The buildings look like they belong there. The ONLY problem is the parking, or lack thereof. If you come home late ,be prepared to drive around looking for a park. You might find one about 20 miles from your apartment. Just kidding, not 20 miles, but far.

Very clean apartments and nice community. The management stays on top up the grounds and responds extremely quickly to any maintenance requests. The shared facilities are maintained and well kept. The staff is pleasant and friendly.

Living on the road is hard enough then having dayly problems . Only been here about a month and my ac has been out several times . Makes for long hot nights . And now having kids marking on my truck . It has not been pleasent .

I have only been here a few months and am less than content with my apartment. Upon moving in there was a broken panel in the bathroom, a hole in the wall in the second bedroom, paint spatter and dripping all over the woodwork and doors, spots on the carpet, and several other issues. My dishwasher is less than useful ,and my sink continues to get clogged. When maintenance arrived, they asked me what I keep putting in it! They also did not turn off the dishwasher to test the drain while leaving my apartment to gather buckets, therefore my entire floor to my kitchen and under my sink was flooded with water once the dishwasher began to drain. They did not clean it up or apologize. My apartment after that smelled like rancit water and my dishwasher still will not work properly. My monthly rent and other charges continues to claim monthly. There are extra charges or charges with amount not the same as what I was told that are added. The neighbors are also less than respectful. There are parents who allow their kids to play in the middle of the roads, the ride their bikes screaming at the top is their lungs for people to call the police, and run into parked cars then leave. Others who have very loud cars/trucks feel the need to fly through the neighborhood of all hours of the early morning or late at night. Then rev their engines over and over in the middle of the night while others are trying to sleep. Renovations on the apartment next to me have been going on for over two weeks. They are beyond loud and messy. There are always things falling off of my walls when I am home or after I return due to how hard they are slamming things against the walls. Calling the main office doesn't help. They either send you to their main call center, never answer at all or do nothing about it. If things do not improve, I will NOT renew my lease and will highly warm against leasing from this company!
