Dick's Fish & Chips
shammond1234 said 3 years ago
5 stars for the fish. Pretty damn good but loss of 2 stars for the chips. Soggy and limp. If you are going for be a fish AND chip place both need to be top notch. We ordered the halibut. It was fresh and cooked well. Batter light and crispy. Fish Juicy. Service friendly. Work on the chips.

I went to Dick's for the first time today. Really friendly people working there...at the till, and the fellas in the back. They have a huge selection of fish and shellfish, as well as non-fish options. I had the cod & chips and it was really good...I got the fish grilled, not fried. A bit pricey, but no more so than any other fish and chip place. I will be back next time I am in Campbell River. Thanks, Dick's!

Best fish and chips ever! It's one of my traditions when I drive 1200 kms to see my family and friends. Rose and her kids make you feel like family when you are there! Thanks so much for your amazing service and delicious food!

New location. Great FnC. Light batter. Nice thick fillets.

Fantastic fresh food, with a homemade taste. The batter on the fish is light and thin which really showcases the delicious seafood. Burgers are huge, delicious and made from scratch. Give it a try, and be sure to say hello to Dick....he's always there!
