Have you ever been having a great day, out and about enjoying the beautiful surroundings that Campbell River has to offer, and thought to yourself "Man, I would give anything to have a grumpy retail worker take their crappy life out on me and everyone around me!"? Well that could all be yours, if you just pop in to this poor excuse for a customer service experience they call a restaurant! No thank-you's, no eye contact, a barely audible "artist" on the other side of the window seriously inconvenienced by your request...and best of all, the employees will speak their native tongue with each other right in front of you instead of engaging the customer. We have seen it more times than I can count at this store now...sad state for sure. Go to the Subway by Save-On Foods down the road instead, at least they smile and say thank you when you show up there.
