The worst restaurant I have ever been to. Terrible food and service; very expensive.

Love eating at banners. Great service and people. I've been eating here for 11 years. Love the food.

Banners is a great restaurant I have always liked it and the only reason I don't rate at 5 is because there is always room for improvement, awesome

Sat with my 2 year old for way too long for our order to be taken , once it was taken I ended up having to walk around with him and tell my husband to just call me when the food got there, he called me saying our sons waffle had arrived so I came in with him shortly after my husbands meal had arrived and she brought my toast and said yours will be right up, I then waited 10 minutes before going up to the counter where a nice younger man said he would check and see, at this point I told him if it was going to be a while I would take it to go, because everyone was done eating and my son was done with the restraunt at that point. I went back and sat down, then the server brought our bill and left. She came back and apologized after the young man had relayed the message, she asked if I still wanted it because it wasn't made yet, I said no just take it off the bill and Unfortunately left hungry, we won't be back.
