staff are good hard seats that i cant sit on comfortably kfc should come up with a breakfast menu and open earlier. (my suggestion) idea: kfc bank and atms to better utilize locations.

Today I sat for 20 minutes while the car ahead of me ordered the entire menu. I ordered my meal of a $5 fill up 2 piece thigh+leg with a side of gravy. I upsized my pepsi, because why not for $0.20? I got to the window and my order had not been punched into the computer, and he asked me what it was again. He then proceeded to act like he remembered at least a part of my order by asking: "Iced Tea right?" Another painful few minutes pass as I'm still stuck holding the debit machine while their entire kitchen staff run around with their heads cut off. I finally get my order and get handed 2 355ml cans of pepsi, saying they ran out of large cups, and they'd give me the cans at no extra charge. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that does not add up to the 30 oz that is the large beverage. 355 x 2 = 710 which is equivalent to a medium 20oz drink. The large is almost 900 ml at 30 oz. It may have only been $0.20, but with the poor service and the amount of time I had to wait to get my food, it was not worth it. Plus, for how greasy their food is they should provide napkins to all paying customers. What did I get in my bag instead? 20 packets of ketchup and salt+pepper. Never going back, and I was a regular customer.
