The service was extremely slow, it took 20 minutes for them to bring me and my friends a single plate. By time we finally got most of our order we had been there for over an hour. At this point we had no more water, and when we asked for more water the server rolled her eyes and walked away. We waited another 20 minutes for the server to return with water so we could order more, and she never did. The service was so bad they that wouldn't even bring us our bill. Eventually we were so fed up that we decided just to go to the front to get our bills and pay. The service and food quality was absolutely terrible, not worth the twenty three dollars. Me and my friends will never be returning. I have absolutely no idea how this dirthole is still open.

This place has zero sense of customer service. Very rude staff and they also took too long with orders. We waited forever for some water and after asking a waitress she rolled her eyes and never brought it. I remember a story a girl in my class told about receiving a soup with a strand of hair in it, brought it up to the owner to which she accused them of putting their own hair in it just to get a free meal. After threatening to call the police they decided to just leave. Unbelievable. Definitely not worth your money. 🙄🚮

when confronted about the quality of the food, the server called all dining room staff to our table to talk in another language about us and then they picked through our scraps to see if we left any food out (so they can charge us extra) They demanded we pay for the disgusting food we complained about and when we refused, the "manager" spoke rudely to us and told us they would call the police and not to return. This restaurant lacks all the proper customer service skills and does not care about the food quality. I really don't understand how it is still open.

The food is horrible and not fresh, they want to charge you for a piece of rice left on your plate. I would never recommend this restaurant. There was even a hair in my sushi roll. After agreeing to pay for the left over food , the rude owner began to raise her voice and became very sarcastic. Asking my kids if they had learned a lesson not to waste food. I have never been so upset with a restaraunt. Someone needs to tell her that in Canada it is unacceptable to raise your voice to customers, and their 7 year old kids. Can't wait till they go bankrupt and close down. Won't be much longer now!

Absolutely terrible service. Rude staff. Waited 45 mins and had 2 pieces of sushi brought to us. Had a limited amount of time so we walked out. Worst sushi place, owner should give his head a shake.
