Tonight was our first time ordering from this restaurant. We ordered diner for pick up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Perfect. My husband paid and took the order handed to him and cam home. Before he even arrived the Wok In called us and told me they gave my husband the wrong order and to tell him he has to drive it all the way back to the restaurant. Turns out the lady behind him at the restaurant was the owner of the meal they gave my husband. Instead of calling and saying Sorry we gave you the wrong order, We will come and deliver the right order to you, and make a fresh order for the customer still at the store, they demanded we return the meal and then handed it to the customer still at the restaurant. They never even offered us a cent off the price for being forced to drive their twice. The other customer was demanding new food because it had left the store, with us. I would have too, but they refused. Now we are eating cold food on my daughters birthday. This is the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't eat at a place that would serve you food that left their custody. What else would they let slide. BUYER BEWARE

We ordered take out from here first time. It was horrible. Dry food, tasteless. I've never tasted a hit and sour soup that was so gross. Definitely worst place so far for Chinese food in Barrie.

I found it one of the better places to eat at for Canadian Chinese. Loved the General Tao Chicken!
