Still hate the food here. I gave it another chance today after 13 years because they have a new menu... i took my 3 kids with me, we were starving! The kids had mac and cheese, salad, fries, icecream. I had the "messy fish" sandwich. The food is greasy as hell with absolutely no seasoning. It was a waste of calories and a waste of money. We're never going back.

The food is just OK, it's slow, unimpressive beer selection. Typical franchise restaurant.

This evening I went there with a family member and it was horrible service! After we waited for 10 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order finally the hostess said our waitress was too busy and she asked what we wanted to drink. We finally got a drinks and then we waited another 15 minutes before our waitress came by and took our order. She wrote it down and left didn't apologize or anything for the wait. We finally got our food but it was the hostess doing the waitress's job again! It wasn't even busy the waitress had a few other tables. Our food wasn't hot just luke warm as well. We're not ones to complain to people so we didn't but we were so frustrated. I wish we had spoke up because she was talking to her other customers she came by our table once and said how's the food that was the only time we really talked to her and my drink was empty she didn't even ask if I wanted a refill! I don't think we will be going again anytime soon!

Friendly staff but slow. Typical Kelsey's food and drink selection. Well presented and good tasting

Wouldn't reccomend on the basis that the fish we had was undercooked and wet, the milkshake was pretty gross and the service was negligent. Pretty disappointing since I've been to other Kelsey's that were much better. Redeeming qualities...They did refund us for the fish and the salad that I had wasn't bad.
