We preordered 9 large pizzas to be delivered to my daughter's birthday party in Waterloo at noon. The pizza showed up 5 minutes early, pipping hot and delicious! The manager, Ryan was beyond helpful and courteous on the phone when I was getting quotes, as was the employee I ended up ordering from. We live in Kitchener so usually order from Max Becker and I almost wished we were closer to Columbia! This store is clearly well run and organized! Thank you for helping make our daughter's birthday a delicious success!

Rude and dishonest customer service and 30+ minutes late. Never order a pizza to the University of Waterloo campus if you expect the delivery guy to arrive at all. The store called and said the person would be arriving in 3 minutes and asked if I could wait at the entrance for him. After 15 minutes, I called the store again and a different person immediately told me that the driver had 3 orders to fulfill ahead of mine and that he wouldn't be able to promise when my pizza would arrive. When I tried to explained to him how the store called and told me the delivery man would be arriving in 3 minutes, he was extremely rude and replied by saying "I don't know what to say man, you just have to wait or cancel the order." This statement essentially contradicted what the other guy on the phone told me and gave me no solution to the problem other than to just wait. So, 15 minutes later, I am still waiting and , at this point, I decide to call to cancel the order. The person on the phone apologized and told me how they hired a person would was new to the country and couldn't speak English and that's why they were having trouble with my delivery. I'm not against hiring immigrants, but please at least ensure that they receive proper training before putting them on the job. Also, funny enough, 5 minutes after I canceled the order, the delivery guy called me to ask for directions telling me he was somewhere on Westmount. What a complete waste of time.

My expectations aren't very high when it comes to local pizza places; they are all pretty average for the most part. So for me to say that this is the worst pizza says a lot. For starters, I don't think that it is too much to ask that every slice of pizza has sauce on it. Many of my guests commented that their slice didn't have sauce. To make matters worse, the pizza was extremely dry and the toppings were sparse to say the least. Furthermore, it tasted very odd. I couldn't even stomach it! I only had one slice and I eventually felt queasy. I really hope my guest don't get sick! The customer service I would give a 7 out of 10 only because the delivery guy was extremely nice the manager was very helpful. As for the initial person who answered the phone, he was unbelievably rude! He asked if he could help me and then as I began to talk, he rudely cut me off, said he was with someone and transferred me to the manager. Thankfully the manager was friendly enough to balance out the previous encounter. When all is said and done, this was my first and last time going to Dominoes.

Classic Domino's pizza for the low price they're known for. Take out specials are great.

Horrible customer service! The person who took my order was rude, as if he was doing me a favor by taking the order and explaining the order to me. I understand like any other pizza place they get tons of phone calls and it can get over whelming, but that's no way to talk to a paying customer. Domino's should invest some money in teaching their employees how to talk to customers. Don't think I will be going there again!
