We waited a very long time for our food which is quite expensive. Our friend ordered before us, a kids cheese pizza, and she didn't get it until 5-10 mins after we received our meals. One person was taking orders and making the food on a busy day and she did not look like she wanted to be there. More staff would be nice considering the garbages were over flowing, the bathroom was gross, and the tables were never cleaned once in the whole time we were there. Wish we had gone somewhere else and regret spending $40 for a little play time and 2 small meals.

Staff were great with kids. Kids have loads of fun. Not over crowded like some I've been to.

The food is way over priced, I paid $20+ for 12 wings French fries and a Pepsi that tasted like dollorstore pop, every other arcade robs you of your tokens and the whole no shoes thing is disgusting when you have to visit the bathroom. But my kids seamed to like it. I hope they bring a chuky cheese in to barrie

Have been here twice in the past few months (for my kids birthday, and the birthday of a friends kid) and on both occasions they have told both me and a friend a much lower price for a kids party than was actually the case. A lot of misinformation is given over the phone, and I find them very unorganized, to the point where on one occasion we had to argue to get tokens that we were told was in the price (over the phone). The first time took forever for them to actually figure out the correct price and even then it was much higher than it was suppose to be...the food is okay, nothing special. The toys for the kids are good but for the amount of hassle I had to deal with during my kids birthday just for them to figure out the price, never again.

Kids would really love it because it has slides food and even games to play. My favourite
