Food was decent. Was only there for dinner and a show. Music was great. One waitress was a total sourpuss (disturbingly so) but the other three we dealt with were great.

Service at the hotel was awesome. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk and the service staff were always happy to help us with anything that we needed.

Modern room but with sheets that smell as if forgotten in the washing machine for days

Hotel and pool were very nice! The restaurant was a disaster - took over an hour to get food and restaurant was not even busy. Wrong food delivered and some people didn't get their meal (table of 7) We were told they were out of certain items on the menu only to see other people ordering and receiving those items (ribs) an hour after we were told they didn't have any. I finally received my meal after everyone else at my table had already finished eating (and ate alone as my husband took our kids to bed as they were exhausted) Asked for a discount and was told because I ate my food I had to pay full price!!! Very poor customer service! If you stay at this hotel eat at the truck stop across the road - their food and service was awesome!
