The menu is okay, average type restaurant. Servers have limited experience. I have been for supper feel portions are small. Lunch portions are good. Was hoping it would be more unique

Had a reservation for 6:15 and we were set at our booth on time. Then it went downhill.......Ordered our food and waited until 7:45 for it to be delivered to out table. (We were going to the Bryan Adams concert at 8:00) Needless to say we were now in a hurry. The food was awful. The couple with us had a steak sandwich and beef tenderloin. The steak sandwich was way overdone and the garlic toast couldn't be cut with a steak knife. The beef tenderloin came with prawns so small you could barely tell what they were. The Cajan Chicken I had was over cooked to the point of being tough and the fries I ordered showed up on my plate as kettle chips. We then had to ask for our bill and ended up standing with our coats on paying as we were now late getting to the concert. All in all this is our second poor experience at Blu and will never be returning. I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

We ate here last night on our way back to Sask from Winnipeg and had a good time. The service was excellent, even though there seemed to be only one waitress working. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Service isn't the greatest, but the good I've tried has been great. Best spot for a date night or romantic dinner we've been to in Brandon, with great private booths. I recommend the chefs table on their date night.

not very busy, even for a Saturday. Pasta I ordered was good but the sorry excuse for "garlic bread" was a joke and a half. Lukewarm, hard as a hockey puck and tasted like cardboard. It's garlic bread. It's not difficult.
